Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in a good location between 3 big parks and within easy walking distance of a variety of shops and cafes. It does however have very poor Internet access unfortunately as there is no fibre network. Parking is easy on site. There is some noise within the building with door slamming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been prompt with email and telephone contact in response to minor issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Internet access would have been good to know. Lift access didn't work for almost one year but that has been rectified. There was a problem with mold last winter and some measures were taken - yet to be seen if effective.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My flat itself was awful quality when I took it over, it had clearly just been recycled through tenants with no repairs ever being done

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Recently they have not been much help at all which is a shame

That my bathroom was on a different floor. That the lift wasn’t going to be fixed for 6 months

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is lovely, loads of independent shops, bars and cafes to visit. Two massive super markets 10 min walk away which is so ideal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but it did take quite a few back and forth communications when I was after a bike storage key. We also had issues with meter readings due to asbestos.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Internet is non-existent, we have had to pay extortionate amounts for 4G WiFi as apparently all cables near the property are copper and unable to connect to fibre optic.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to Clapham Junction so you have a huge range of shops to pick from and the building itself is right beside 2 parks so you have lots of green space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly - you enter everything through the app and they turn up the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known that the lift was sometimes out of action.

On quite a dodgy road but so close to Battersea park which makes it worth it. Close to Clapham junction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very very slowly. You’re lucky if you get your email replied to.

How bad Grainger are - however the building management has just been taken over
