Location is great. Good shops and restaurants. Watersports centre and so close Goodwood. Traffic is a nightmare most days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not in a way I would have expected. Painful trying to get work done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been good to know how little some staff members care.

Great location and quality of build. Slight traffic noise but not too bad. Access to a green space (however this isn’t available just yet) hoping this will be opened soon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team weren’t great. Little disappointed with how they have handled matters.

More information provided about the management team. Better communication.

Town Centre with Restaurant/bars is within a 20 minute walk and Sainsbury's is close by via car. Lack of a shop in close walking distance is an issue however.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

no issues moving in initially and any minor maintenance issue dealt with accordingly

How long it would have been until the walk ways and the park would have been to build

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great community and nice neighbours, plenty of parking and regular bin collections. Not far from Chichester town centre and easy access to main roads.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good team however sometimes delayed at responding.

That there is only one way on and off the estate via the main road

Excellent location particularly well designed regarding open spaces, however severely let down with parking availability which clogs up the relatively narrow access roads. Poo bins not emptied every week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any problems have been sorted immediately - couldn't fault the management company

Although we knew of the forthcoming changes to the road layouts many of the owner/occupiers did NOT and has caused some concern after purchase!
