Great location for everything. Lots of things to do and see when out and about. Close to work and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall good, gardeners have a lack of care and have damaged quite a few garden decorations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent increase every year. Hard during the cost of living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is a nice quiet family location, close to amenities and rail station. There is very little road noise, although some people from other streets do use our street for parking. Bin collections are Fridays and there is a local bin cleaner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems raised have been responded to quickly and engineers attended in a timely manner and very polite.

Would have been good to have an indication of the annual rent increase.

Very good location next to all shops could need and couple minutes away from train station and motorway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we have had a few problems but these have been dealt with in a reasonable time

I wish I knew the yearly rent increases as I was not aware of this

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the area isn’t great, the amount of crime in the area has skyrocketed since we moved in. The amount of children and teens hanging around is also off putting. There is no traffic noise however. Transport links are fab! A stones throw from supermarkets and cafes and a local gym. Lots of places to go for a walk / walk dogs!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is ever changing and when we had trouble with the road been closed due to the surfacing there was no real support or help!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The crime rate is so high. The fact the rent increase’s astronomically!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It just takes 5 to 10 minutes walking to the supermarkets and local shops and restaurants from this house. There is a nice park nearby. This is quiet and clean. The off street parking is perfect

They answered our calls efficiently and replied our emails promptly.

More pictures or even a house tour video will help us to know more of the house in advance.
