Great location, a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs, but even shorter walks to the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Anything that came up in the snagging list was addressed and corrected.

We would have like to have known more information about the grounds management company which take over Bloor Homes.

Bloor refuse to erect fencing on boundary. Gardens breach BS8233 noise levels and Bloor Managing Director refuses to help and install adequate mitigation. Bloor are not complying with their planning obligations to ensure noise levels are acceptable in gardens

Exterior view is pleasing. Property looks smart from the outside.

Southam is a lovely town to live in. With three primary schools and an outstanding secondary school, children's education is good.

It is worth paying someone to do the snagging properly

The metal fencing at the front of the property needs to be more rust proof

The neighbours are really nice. The area is really quiet. Tesco and Co-op are close to the development and no traffic noise.

They were really helpful, trying to sort any issues that came up
