St Andrew’s is well located as has great access to Maidstone and Medway. I work in London so drive to ebbsfleet (20 mins) and then get the high speed train to st Pancras (18 mins)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the final planning stage was used too much of a sales feature.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good size bedrooms, lots of parking space and quiet plot

Good surgery, schools and access to motorways. However, always promised local shops and never got any.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known there would be no facilities provided rather than promised some just because the agent knew that was what I was looking for. I felt lied to.

What is the best feature of your home:

The actual development is spacious and good looking, as is the house.

Cul-de-sac has good parking, council services and a nice quite place to live in. Great access to green spaces

Check the quality of topsoil, ours had rubbish in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There has to date been no amenities/ shops as part of the development which is very disappointing. The development itself is in a beautiful location and well designed. It is a pleasure to enter and still gives me butterflies every time we drive in. It would have been nice also if more consideration would have been given to tidy up the ugly liking electrical facilities and old cement works opposite the site entrance as personally feels this lets the appeal of the area down.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how overlooked by neighbours. Some design consideration to address this would be nice.

What is the best feature of your home:

The porch with detached driveway and garage alongside the open plan kitchen/ diner with separate living room.
