Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice quiet area within easy reach of both central Tooting and Earlsfield for a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, tube line (Tooting Broadway) and national rail (Earlsfield). There is some student accommodation nearby and the sometimes pass through the development making a fair amount of noise at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The lights in our communal stairwell stopped working. Although they told us on the same day it was reported that a quote had been put together to get it sorted it took 4 weeks after that before they were repaired.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the students down the road who can be quite noisy on a night out!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tescos, atm, nursery and playground on site. Halfway between Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway for commuting and shopping. Lovely community vibe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Horton Halls is directly opposite and houses 1st year medical students. They are generally very courteous but on occasion they can be rowdy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Would love a balcony or private garden. Would also love a lift!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links. Equidistant from Earlsfield Station and Tooting Broadway Underground Station. Good bus links. Earlsfield and Tooting provide access to a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Garratt Green is moments away for some green open space and a childrens playground. There is an onsite Tesco Local. Wonderful quiet area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Horton Halls residence for St George's University Hospital is close by and the students sometimes use the development as a thoroughfare. They can be a little noisy.

What is the best feature of your home:

Building is excellenty insulated so literally only have to use our heating a handful of times a year.

Good development, nicely designed but garden spaces could be bigger with more direct sunlight.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tesco Express on site which is always well stocked and quiet. Transport links could be better with only 1 bus coming through the estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great insulation making gas bills especially low.

What is the best feature of your home:

Size of apartment is good for 1 bedroom, noise low
