Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the location from here as I can get to town easily on foot or by bus. Because I rent rather than own my flat I cannot get a fob for the main gate, therefore it is really hard to move big objects in and had to move the small entrance to move in, which was difficult for the movers and cost me more money. The community area for the bins are not well kept, there is no investment to keep on top of it Not much grass to walk my dog No concierge I believe the land is owned by SS There is a big block of sand and it is a horrible eye sore There are two large guard dog guarding it, a person was bite by one that escaped Not informed about what will happen to that land

Would have liked to know no fob key. Got a bill for using a fob however they had no proof.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the locations and the proximity to Wapping Wharf and Temple Meads. I do not like the fact that I cannot use the car park next door but I am not allowed because I do not have a fob.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Every year I get a demand for increased management fee and it is never explained what it is for as there is no change to any services.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the aesthetic of the building and that it is really quiet. However i have not got any outdoor space. Also, there is not a lot of extra spacd and my view is my car park but i do not mind it so much.

The views are not great as mine is a car park.

The balconies are very small, there is no greenery expect its lovely.

I really enjoy the location as it’s close to city center and Harbour and North Street.

I wish I would have known that there was more bike space.

The close location to city center and work and the Harbour.

I like the location as it is easy to get around by foot. I dislike the fact that if i had a car there wpuld not be any space as there is not enough car park.

I wished that i would have been told that there is mo greenery, park or even trees. Its just concrete.

The doors in hallway bang really loudly when they are slammed shut so it would be nice if they could be silenced or slowed down for them to be quieter.
