Great area served by two primary schools and one secondary school. Shops nearby and new businesses opening soon is so good for the area.

We had to extend our patio after moving in as we didn’t realise it was small.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our street as it’s very private and we aren’t overlooked at the back. The area suits us as it’s very safe for children also.

Easy access to the city centre and to A92 and airport. Quite and calm place and neighbourhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is hard to manage the heating system due to the placement of thermostats.

What is the best feature of your home:

Great size living room, 2 bathrooms plus a toilet on the ground floor.

I have lived in Charleston for almost 9 years and I have had no problems at all, I find everywhere I need to go just a short drive away, the busses are also very handy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To make sure I had any issues corrected within the required time.

What is the best feature of your home:

I have been very happy with the design and layout of the houses I have bought.

Wife range of local shops within a short distance. Insufficient public transport and parking spaces also no pavements so not safe for young children elderly pedestrians on general

How much you can hear any noise from neighbours above and below

The big window in living room and I am close to family

Cove is an excellent area with all you need for your local doorstep shops. The new takeaway will be an excellent addition

The confirmed development plans for the next phase which are in the process of being built now as we will now be overlooked

What is the best feature of your home:

The space in the back garden which I have developed myself. But Stewart Milne gave me a good blank canvas
