Area is good. Lots of nice walks and cycle paths. Plenty of shops but not really within walking distance. Couple of decent pubs but again about a mile walk.

Better communication and support from after sales team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There is no landlord on this estate! They are private houses. There is only the management company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

really nice area, with a duck pond close by. good access for shops and the motorway.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, we knew everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Price of the maintenance and noise. we signed a contract stating that you can't make noise after a certain time however we complained about our neighbours above us having a 12 hour party until 3am and redrow said that its okay and they can't do anything about it, so there's no point having a policy if you can't stick to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is close by but it would be nice to have a pub within walking distance. Transport links are good being close to the motorway.

I feel like we were provided with all relevant information prior to moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the house giving plenty of storage space - alcoves in 2 of 3 bedrooms ready for wardrobes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well located development, close to shops and local amenities including Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub. Very good transport links nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. They do not communicate and are too slow in resolving snags

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure they resolve snags immediately when they have an appetite for doing so. Leave it too long and more people will move in leaving you down the pecking order

Love the number of walks from our doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Speedy at the start with the smaller things, but we are still waiting for some work after 18 months
