Location is very central. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. Train station is 5 mins walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quick, trying to keep you happy.

Nothing comes to my mind. The parking isexpensive.

Good quality of local shops and open spaces. Con is that the location to the train trucks is too close, hence the noise levels are very high.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick responses, we had a few things break but the team was happy to assist.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How close the windows are to the train trucks and how noisy it’d be at night.

Positive - very well connected in terms of transport links Area is peaceful and quiet. Negative - The building had a lack of visitors parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyday issues are dealt with timelessly, however one off issues are not really understood from the tenants and there seems to be limited flexibility from management to meet the tenants requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No there is not - the building has met all viewing expectations.

I really enjoy living here and am having a great time. The space is comfortable, and the atmosphere is inviting, making it a wonderful place to call home.

Good new build with up to notch features and reasonable adjustments needed to be made but found no problem in doing so

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues yet but I have a stain in my carpet from before .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can’t think of any. I appreciate how close Thames lido is to the residence as it’s very scenic and nice.
