Nice property but many issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice quiet area, lovely neighbours, good parking. Town Close by and plenty of shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some of our issues were dealt with but some of the issues we raised have been things we have ended up resolving ourselves. For example when the building management came for a final inspection I made them aware of our window not locking and not opening correctly and becoming stiff. We were told this would sort itself as time went on due to the temperature, eventually our window would not close and we ended up spending money on this being fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known that our side garden would not be fenced off or made private as we now encounter issues of neighbours dogs littering on our grass.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very Happy with the development as a whole, Great Neighbours the house designs are different very spacious between properties compared to other developments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Tried to ignore me for as long as possible or make up excuses.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the developer is, looking at the house price increase on the second phase of 60-70K a property I wouldn’t have paid that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There isn't a near by shop for the little community 'The Brambles' to just walk too as some don't drive, like myself. We could do with a shop being built

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Brilliant. Can't fault the neighbours, parking spots, houses. All I can say that's bad is there is no shop that's easily accessible for people who don't drive and with disabilities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Retford is a nice small town with fairly good facilities. More parking would be good. It's a quiet spot on a nice side of town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I outlined some of these in the previous question. Other repairs were completed satisfactorily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I'd known the visitor parking spaces belonged to other houses and not for general use. This is misleading when they are marked VP on plans.
