Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are right next door to Ancoats which I absolutely love. There are plenty of cafes around, food wise NQ cab sort you out for lunch easily. Not to mention the lovely walks around the canal. I always missed this while living in Salford.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly resolved in 2hours or 1day max from notice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Dogs. There will be lots of dogs around the building and you’ll stop to pet each and one of them. Add +5 minutes on your ETA when you leave the house. Love it :)

I think all the experience is perfect for me. Starting from first day In viewing and the process after that until taking the keys. after that start another trip which is a same first in beauty by being in community with a neighbours and trying to see many services in app. I would like finally to mention two names from the staff were helpful and so super in my journey; Chris and Roshny.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

as I said in general review I would appreciate to Chris and Roshany because they helped me in ever aspect or issue I faced it.

application experience, that's you can do everything you want it .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything about the location is great. It's close to the city's main train station and only a short walk from the centre of town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will always respond incredibly fast and solve the issue without fuss.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not that it would have made a significant difference but knowing about future developments next door or the tram lines would've been helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Castings is super close to Piccadilly station and only a few minutes walk from town. Being close to the marina also makes for great vibes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the only occasion I've raised a maintenance request the staff were responsive and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At night it's not the best area but typically any bad behaviour doesn't affect residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Ancoats has been great. The location is super convenient, with everything from bars to open green spaces nearby. There are loads of great restaurants, and it’s all within walking distance. Public transport is accessible, and I’ve not experienced any major issues. I don’t use parking myself, but bin collection has been reliable. I haven’t had any problems with anti-social behaviour or traffic noise either – I’ve only heard of isolated issues from others. Overall, it’s a peaceful and well-situated place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and communicative. They’ve sent out timely emails regarding any building-wide concerns and have always handled things quickly whenever something has been raised. In my experience, they’re very approachable and proactive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the council tax band is higher than initially expected. This wasn’t on the management, but had I known it would be as high as it is, it might have influenced my decision. That said, the team is currently supporting the appeal process, which is helpful.
