The headline is situated very centrally in Leeds, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants/bars a couple of minutes away in Wellington place too. Parking is difficult as there is limited space below the building which is a drawback as this costs £150 and there is a long wait!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we have raised maintenance queries before and they are attended to immediately

Parking situation isn’t the best so we ended up having to sell our car

The Headline is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the centre of town. It is a fantastic location, especially for those working in the financial district. The development is quiet and well-kept.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved in there were some issues with the flat which we were expecting to have already been resolved. This was disappointing but was dealt with and fixed in a timely manner.

Just to make the most of the facilities, as the price you pay definitely feels worth it if you do!

Parking has a wait list and also increase in price every year, major deterrent to living in the headline

Lots of shops and bars nearby, close to train station, not much parking available for a reasonable price

Yes they have - I am waiting on a couple of things but great communication

Where the bin store is - I never saw this so was confused when I moved in

Very convenient, just 10 mins to train station. Lots of nearby bars and the street is clean and lively.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded swiftly once management was involved. Communication was maintained once we had requested it to be.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is a bit colder than I expected, as we’re low down, and a corner flat so have two exposed sides.
