Stunning place for remote workers and dog owners

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location to live, it’s only 10 min walk to the city centre and the train station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants just 5 min walk away, bus stops are also very close. Leeds Canal for walking and jogging is not far, around 10 min walk away. Its quiet and nice here, considering that the location is close to the railway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I got responds very quickly and efficiently, all issues were sorted immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew earlier I could rent a flat with 2 dogs in the city centre with so many positive things included.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

City centre living, but quiet and plenty of green spaces. Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A few issues on moving in and faults with hot water but these have been fixed. Building management always aims to fix the problem rapidly, including on weekends and out of hours. The team are solution orientated and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The culture and community at the Junction makes it a really fun, enjoyable and safe place to live. As a woman, the 24hr staff, security team, and cctv makes me feel incredibly safe even in a city. The Junction really is home.

Great place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of amenities close by in the city centre and Wellington place. Nice walks too as well as views. Trains are a bit loud but can deal with it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, almost immediately. There was an issue with the broadband box and they came to fix it straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Train noise is sometimes annoying but bearable. Water issues are not ideal but understand it’s out of the junctions control.

The Good: Great Location: The Junction is well-situated, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and the city center. Modern Facilities: The apartments are well-maintained with good furnishing, a gym, and study spaces that make it convenient for students. Secure Environment: The building has good security measures, including key fob access and CCTV, which makes it feel safe. Friendly Staff: The reception and maintenance teams are generally responsive and helpful especially Keria, she helped me a lot to find the perfect apartment is want to thank her. The Not-So-Good: Pricey Rent: The rent is on the higher side compared to other apartments in Leeds

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at The Junction is generally responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One great thing about The Junction is the modern design and facilities. The apartments are well-furnished, and the communal spaces, like the gym and study areas, make living here convenient and comfortable.
