Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, close to shops and pubs and a 10 minute walk into town centre. Its also next to the canal so greenery is on your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have helped in a timely and polite manner - no complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no complaints, everything was explained to us in detail and all questions were answered.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sainsbury's is ~15min away. City centre is ~30 min away. I wouldn't really recommend the area as although it's advertised to be central it's not really close to any main facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The water outage was my biggest issue, which they opened the communal areas toilets as a temporary solution for or offered spare rooms toilets for us to use. This is however still inconvenient. We tried to negotiate the one month free upon renewing our contract and they didn't really care whether we stayed or left over this free month. Although, it would have definitely costed them more to have a new tenant in the apartment especially as they would need to clean it and fix any wear and tear issues in addition to the one month free they would give them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water outage will happen frequently and unexpectedly. I am writing this review whilst waiting for the water to start running again and I am really frustrated with this situation. I also wish I had known that the management's communication is so poor especially the emails they keep on sending about the bin chutes and the building. The tone of these emails is just not right

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living here for more that a year and a half. Unfortunately the things that have been advertised in order attract us into this nice establishment were mostly untrue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No the management avoids to meet with us and the communication going out is inaccurate and unreliable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym has never been delivered although although the surrounding buildings have without any problems with permits.

The residence is lovely in the most part from a design POV however it's not been designed with a user is mind

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Flats are new & modern - co-working space is awesome - bin shutes in some buildings - Dog Park Bad - The car park is woefully designed & the license plate recognition - Communication of management is very poor The gym has not been constructed despite numerous promises, with denial of those promises after the dates pass - The dog park is poorly maintained - Staff turnover is insane. I have lived here since 07/23 & there is an entirely new set of staff - Fitness classes offered in compensation rather than a credit on the residents' rent to offset the cost of a gym, which has been promised numerous times - Staff afraid of dogs & reacting

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dawn is trying to get things done & is a breath of fresh air. However, the Junction has apathy for its residents throughout the time I've lived here, with only Matthew, Polly & Dawn seemingly proactive or capable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was going to be such resistance to installing a gym that has been promised, it's easy to blame it on the council & their planning rules. However the reality is The Junction/Native Living is a rental company which is capable of understanding planning permission.

The social areas of the building are lovely

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoy the frequent events held by the building. However, the price of parking is very high, which makes it very difficult for visitors and the tenants themselves. Furthermore, we are constantly disappointed by the delays in building the gym which we were promised.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not raised any issues with the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No gym as it has been delayed numerous times. This should not be a part of their sales pitch to potential customers
