Great area, close to shops and pubs and a 10 minute walk into town centre. Its also next to the canal so greenery is on your doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have helped in a timely and polite manner - no complaints.

I have no complaints, everything was explained to us in detail and all questions were answered.

The Good: Great Location: The Junction is well-situated, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and the city center. Modern Facilities: The apartments are well-maintained with good furnishing, a gym, and study spaces that make it convenient for students. Secure Environment: The building has good security measures, including key fob access and CCTV, which makes it feel safe. Friendly Staff: The reception and maintenance teams are generally responsive and helpful especially Keria, she helped me a lot to find the perfect apartment is want to thank her. The Not-So-Good: Pricey Rent: The rent is on the higher side compared to other apartments in Leeds

The building management at The Junction is generally responsive

One great thing about The Junction is the modern design and facilities. The apartments are well-furnished, and the communal spaces, like the gym and study areas, make living here convenient and comfortable.

The location is quiet and pleasant, very close to the centre of Leeds, so you can walk to the centre and don't need to take a bus. There is no unpleasant noise or traffic noise and there are no problems with anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building staff have responded effectively to problems that have arisen.

I would have liked to know before I moved in what activities are carried out in the community.

Good location that will only get better as the city grows around it. Close to city centre shops and bars etc and the viaduct is great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, always quick to respond when there is an issue even if resolution has taken a bit longer

I wish that there had been more honesty about the ETA of the gym when I was viewing the apartment

Great location ideal for working in the city centre, near enough to shops etc. Common areas always clean and tidy and staff are friendly

Yes promptly and efficiently. The app facilitates all of this.
