Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location to live, it’s only 10 min walk to the city centre and the train station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants just 5 min walk away, bus stops are also very close. Leeds Canal for walking and jogging is not far, around 10 min walk away. Its quiet and nice here, considering that the location is close to the railway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I got responds very quickly and efficiently, all issues were sorted immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew earlier I could rent a flat with 2 dogs in the city centre with so many positive things included.

Living at The Junction is amazing! Great amenities, a friendly community, and a super convenient location!"

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management at The Junction has been outstanding, and Istvan, in particular, has been incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve my move-in issues, always being available — even at odd hours of the night — to make sure everything was sorted smoothly. His patience and dedication have been amazing — he’s even come out for seemingly small tasks like helping me figure out how to turn on the washing machine or the heating. His support has made settling in so much easier and truly appreciated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known about though, was the that only one key is made available, so I couldn’t get a spare key for my son, who is under 18 years old. And I need parking permit for valet car wash

Writing a review for James Moxon who done maintenance in my apartment earlier. Lovely guy and done the job perfectly!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had an issue earlier today with our washing machine and James Moxon came and fixed it. Lovely guy and even fixed our windows which was causing us issues!

Nothing I can really think off, everyone was very helpful from Day 1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of local shops and a really short walk to the city centre! bus stops right outside the building and it is easy to rent a car or uber from here. Rarely any noise outside, bins are collected on time and antisocial behaviour is non existent here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is always super helpful and quick! they always can answer any questions or help out with any decor in the flat too!

I felt like I was really well informed before I moved in on how everything works and where everything is.

Dawn and Josh were absolutely brilliant - Josh checked us in smoothly, super friendly and efficient. Dawn sorted us with a few questions we had the following day and couldn’t have done more for us. Fantastic team at the Junction and so excited to be here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly - nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so friendly.

Why didn’t we move in sooner! Act fast if there’s a spot and get your name down!
