Very good location as close to shops, train links into London and has a lovely vibe to it. We even have a shop in the building which is so convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a couple of normal issues ie our washing machine broke. They responded promptly and got us a new machine!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t wish I knew anymore before moving in. I was given very good information about the building and area

The location is excellent, offering a perfect mix of convenience and natural beauty. To the east, there's a charming bar and a serene lake filled with ducks and water birds, providing a peaceful escape. Just 200 meters away is an Asda, while Lidl is a short 500-meter walk, making grocery shopping incredibly convenient. On the west side, you'll find a Londis and a scenic sea coast, adding to the area’s appeal. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and beautiful, making it a great place to live with all essential amenities within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Kell development is well-managed, and the team consistently values resident feedback. The management staff, especially Cameron and Diba, are incredibly helpful and supportive. They promptly address any inquiries, even during holidays or weekends, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience.

I wish I knew my friend and nice neighbor earlier so I could have won the refering award

There are bin collections area, bike area and it’s a quiet neighbourhood and easy to get around and has also has supermarkets in walk distance

They responded extremelly quickly and sort out the things quickly.

I dont have anything to add in this section. I was really satisfied with all the information I have been given, especially the document which I received in the beginning which was telling me about Gp places, bills and general important info

the area is good and it is close to to shops like Asda and shops downstairs. The people in the area are friendly and the area is clean. Only bad is that the parking is limited but again they have alternatively parking a short walk away

Whenever you need something fix you send an email and it’s responded to very quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The train station is about a 20 mins walk away from the apartment but there is good bus links.

Perfect location , Londis supermarket underneath the building, Asda and Lidl within walking distance nearby. Dockside shopping centre also within walking distance, variety of shops including the Range. Also a cinema and an extensive choice of restaurants pubs and bars there. Mast and Rigging pub across the road from the Kell does decent food

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes , they always reply the same working day where possible and issues are dealt with

How friendly most tenants are , most people are helpful
