Living here has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with convenient access to public transport, making it easy to get around. There are lovely green spaces nearby, perfect for a walk or a bit of relaxation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes as I mentioned before they are so responsive and supportive with any issues.

This place has a very convenient location, being close to the city centre and Broad Street, making it easily accessible. It offers a variety of great facilities, including a playing pool, table tennis, and a gym,and etc.. making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and fitness. The management team has been incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. A special mention goes to the concierge team, particularly Sajid, who has been extremely helpful. He personally assisted in receiving and delivering furniture to our apartment while I was away and consistently goes the extra mile to make residents feel valued and welcome. His kindness and dedication truly enhance the overall experience. A big thank you to him!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

so far has not been a major issue to report, however i am confident that any issue will be dealt with promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

we needed one of the bed with the mattress to be removed so we could have our own bed and mattress replacement as the bed is not very comfortable. Unfortunately, this was not agreed by yhe management.

Good: Proximity to tram and city and necessary amenities and very close to Brindley Place Bad: Need to be careful through the subway at the round about at nighttime

Very swiftly. They always find a solution and they always help so much.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fingerprints sometimes do not work which can cause long waiting times.

I wish I knew about that the entrance to the parking was on a blind spot and is quite dangerous and scary.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any Maintenance luckily however when there is general inspections the team are well organised

The blind spot as mentioned above it can be very nerve wracking and scary

Like the local area, amazinf area, my favorite area of the Uk, i love birmingham. There are nice shops, and walk ways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any maintenance at all, so i havent needed to have much direct communication.

There isnt much bad about the area or the development i just hoped that window open more
