Living here has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with convenient access to public transport, making it easy to get around. There are lovely green spaces nearby, perfect for a walk or a bit of relaxation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes as I mentioned before they are so responsive and supportive with any issues.

It is SOOO convenient except the emergency vehicle noises when they get near to the fiveways roundabout
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and very convenient response, even i had some technical issues to log in to the website but the concierge was always helpful

I wish I knew the facilities provided specially the quality of the gym is so good

The tram station is just a 1-minute walk away, and Five Ways train station is 7 minutes away, with the tram reaching New Street Station in 15 minutes. Local amenities like Morrisons, Starbucks, and Broadway Plaza are right next to the building, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Secure parking ensures peace of mind for vehicle owners. The area is quiet, with minimal traffic noise or anti-social behavior. Bin collections are reliable, keeping the environment clean. This location perfectly blends accessibility, comfort, and convenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been highly responsive to any issues I’ve raised. Sajid, Nadeem, Vikram, Andrei, Charlotte, and Justyna are always quick to address concerns, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption. Their proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond make living here hassle-free.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the management team responds to any issues. Their efficiency and willingness to help at any time of the day have been a pleasant surprise. It’s been a great relief to know I can rely on them whenever needed.

Construction quality of the building is great and I love the staff who is always engaging and super super helpful ( especially Sajid , Vikram) and mostly everyone. We enjoy our stay here and there are no maintenance issues as the team is very professional and proactivr

They are very proactive and responsive and always looking for new ideas to improve. They organise events to bring people together and socialise which is great

Need to request parking in advance as it gets taken too fast

The facilities are great and the team here are very friendly specifically Sajid who helped me alot during my onboarding stage and always supported me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond very fast and always follow up with me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything is fine and as expected. Also the best thing for me here is the table tennis room which is not available in other buildings in Birmingham.
