The area of the development is really good and kept tidy, local shopping centre nearby. It's easy to get to the city centre and other main roads.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had more insight on what came as standard in the properties.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature would be the light through the house large windows makes it feel every room is bright.

Parking is bad on every street, also roads are narrow leading to vehicles obstructing the roads/ footpaths.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of dust in the house is very high, we believe this is because of the work going on near our house and having our windows open

What is the best feature of your home:

The three story aspect of the houses seem to provide more space overall for bedrooms etc

Very nice nice quite area. close to schools, shops and bus stops. Hopefully the development will resurface middlesex road and put a path on both sides but it is still OK at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The length of warranty o ln the windows needs to be confirmed before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Very well insulated lowering energy cost in winter. And with the French doors can keep it cool in summer

Great for local shops and good schools, easy access to local gym and parks. Quiet estate. No issues with behaviour or noise.

It would have been helpful to know the council tax property bands to estimate bills

Overall I do like the local area, there is pubs, bars, golf courses, restaurants, takeaways and more. Big green space right next door so I have no complaints

That there is a children’s home on the site and no one was told before

What is the best feature of your home:

The size it is a large house, I have a 3 bedroom detached and it’s much bigger than any three bed on kingswood
