Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are just across the road from a small selection from shops which is ideal for forgotten items or last minute change of dinner plans. There is also a lovely pub with a local feel to it. Parking on the streets is a nightmare, streets are too small and narrow. I worry a lot that an emergency services vehicle would not be able to make it into the street given all the cars lining the pavement. This is also difficult for anyone using a pram/ wheelchair. Children are destroying and graffitiing the park, parents don’t seem to care so long as they are out of the house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Terribly. Difficult to get hold of, even more difficult to get them to visit, don’t expect them to fix it if you do.

Made to look great, but quality is quickly proven to be poor within a few months of living.

There is a shop and pub in walking distance plus good local delivery good places and good schools in catchment area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Resolved really well. Snag list fixed in first week and extra pint provided for touch ups when requested.

Would have liked attenuation area to have a water feature instead of big land fill hole.

Great area for location and access to shops, transport, bars and motorways.

A full check before i pay deposit or get the keys, never got any of this.

Very bad service very disappointing. Everything has broke. Am moving out.

What is the best feature of your home:

View is nice of the open field. But that’s the only thing

Local area is all ok and there are good facilities within walking distance of the development, such as a supermarket, a pub, takeaways. Living on my street is great, hardly any noise and I have a drive so parking is perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have taken a long time to sort issues out but have been helpful on majority of occasions
