Great location with restaurants, pubs & supermarket nearby. 10 min walk to the town center for banking & shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team, Claudio & Claire, has been responsive to problems we have raised. The contractors however are not as efficient in fixing the problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Putting reflective film on windows for privacy will darken the flat.

This is a perfect abode for every family. Very serene with modern facilities. world class apartments

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely response to maintenance requests . Anytime.

Everything is just in place and I have no regrets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the building is very nice in an ideal location and quiet, however there are many issues that the building manager does not address such as people stealing packages, the bin room becoming disgusting, taking up to 3 months just to get a light bulb changed. I feel that once they sort out those issues the building would get back to it's former glory. I will say the apartment is amazing with big windows that let it alot of light and the walls are thick meaning I never hear my neighbours.

They don't really deal with ant problems until you compalin alot even then it's rare.

That the rooftop terrace they advertised was never completed.

The location is great, you're a 5 min walk from the sea, there are lots of local shops/ bars/pubs/ restaurants and a big Morrisons a street away and you're 10 mins walk from Brighton centre. Queens Park is 10 mins walk away as well. No parking nearby you'd need a permit

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some they have taken care of (after a little waiting). Others are still pending. For instance replacing our mattress with one that's the correct size (that isn't second hand)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They advertised it as having a roof terrace (which was going to be ready in the summer). It's still not ready and it's October now...

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, it's very close to shops but also not in the town centre where it's noisy. There's also a parking which is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond fairly fast to us, and usually we get our problems resolved.

One thing is that since our building is new, the council tax increased from Band A/B, which we were told when we first moved in, to band D, and we weren't given much notice or explanation.
