The property is located right near the train station and the town center being easily reachable anywhere in no time. It's a very sound place to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instantly when asked at the reception. And email responses are also quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Managing bills and tips on saving money on bills. Little more hand holding on registering to different firms for bills.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Closely located to Guildford station (less than 5 minute walk) and very close to plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Can be quite loud with students but to be expected in the area. Also quite loud with trains.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly, I would say slightly better communication via the app about when hot water etc unavailable would be helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building itself is well maintained and cleaned. The gym facilities are great and it never gets particularly busy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to the train station and few minutes away from the town centre, which makes it easy to commute or go for a stroll. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, with lots of amenities right in the building. Local shops are five minutes away and are of very good quality.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception always responds to emails within few few hours from reception and you can always find someone to help you out with anything you need.

I knew everything from the start. The Mint explained me everything before I started living here.
