Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A well-situated rural setting. LSL are excellent landlords who attend to repair requirements and the annual gas certificate promptly. Having moved here during construction and shortly prior to the 1st lock down, I have experienced many changes. There is insufficient visitor parking unfortunately. Most houses have 2 parking spaces and all have fenced gardens. The care of verges varies and needs attention by the housing associations, landlords and council, where applicable. In the 2,5 years my garden has progressed well with hard work and tge necessary attention, having arrived here with weed bound lawn and some soggy areas. It is what you make of it. Once all the roads are tarred, the relevant markings and hopefully, gentle ramps included, it should improve matters.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Linden homes did respond but sometimes a bit slow. The pandemic may have had an impact in all fairness.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A very mixed neighbourhood so some unfortunate and stressful situations have arisen. Police presence has been good but some ill treatment of pets has not always received the necessary attention.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy walk to Tesco extra, chippy shop, GP, pharmacy, post office, pub, Draycott water park. Minimal traffic in the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven't had any issues yet We have been here for 18 months .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The soil here is not good for lawns and plants. You need landscaping.

Accessible property- modern and appropriate. However the location is poor which presents limited access to shops and other facilities if the individual does not have access to transport. Reflecting on this having been located in a rural area of rugby it means a reduce in noice and disturbances.

There are no shops restaurants or bars on site. The site is not conveniently accessible if you do not own a car and there are obviously no bus routes in situ yet. This could be improved by some access to the far side of Trussell Way and hence closer vicinity to Cawston facilities; at present walking distance to facilities is a good 20/30 minutes walk and is not pedestrian friendly, has very little street lighting and narrow walkways. I have had no problems since moving here with any anti-social behaviour. There are a couple of ramps on the main road, however this does not stop the occasional car from driving far too fast. I have experienced very little problems with Parking or bin collections, however i have heard residents further into the site have had bin collection issues..
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
i was not aware of the actual amount of housing developments they are building within a 5 mile radius of the Spinneys - there is a further 3 developments in the pipeline on the other side of the main road at the bottom of the Spinneys that we are aware of.
What is the best feature of your home:
I like the quick access to all main roads, ideal for commuters. The views from the front of the house look over farm fields.

We are finding this a great area to live. All the houses have off road parking so the roads dont get too many cars parked on them.

That the customer service promised would stop off so quickly
What is the best feature of your home:
The space in the bedrooms they are all an excellent size.
