There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area but wish for more shops. Otherwise streets are not that bad for noise. Close to everything especially transport

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems yet to explore however team is very response regarding any questions we have. Domi, Cooper and Keisha been absolutely fantastic with us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. Team is very good at keeping us in loop and very informative on the day of our move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love it here but more shopping would be better. Streets are not as noisy which is really good. Close to city centre and loads of transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Friendly and very helpful. Both Domi, Cooper and Keisha been lovely to us.

Not really. Team was very thorough and explained it all to us on viewing and move in day what we needed to know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are within walking distance of the properties, as is a restaurant / bar! Very conveniently located

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have had with apartment have been handled in a timely manor. Should a loss of facilities occur, a suitable alternative has been provided. Amazing service from all of the team, especially fumi who is always super helpful and a delight to speak with.

Good thing to know if they offer social in building events so it really gives a community vibe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good connectivity to tram, bus and grocery stores. Overall the area felt very safe even at nights.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management staff has been really good and they’re very friendly. All the problems that I had raised were immediately sorted whether it was parcel related or maintenance.

Most of the things are typically seen everywhere but what made trilogy set apart was staff members and really cute pets !! I’ve never seen such friendly and supportive staff especially Funmi !! We love Funmi !!
