There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location! 30 seconds away from the tram stop so we can get to town in 5-10 minutes. Its also a lovely walk along the canal to town!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly! Not had any problems!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the socials - very nice way to meet people and has allowed us to try new activities!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

good the amenities are really good and the tram stop is so close by with lost of connections and its a quick walk into the city centre, the only thing i would love if there was a cute little coffee bar nearby although there is a great coffee machine in the reception.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are very quick and afferent to fix any problems we have not that we have many but they always seem to get the job done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

one point i didn't know would be that the carpark is first come first serve but its not really a big issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is good from concierge, shops, gym, pet friendly place, bin collections, to it being a safe and clean building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very prompt and efficient with any repairs I have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wouldn’t say I have anything to add to that. It’s all on the website.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived here for 2+ years now and I love the area and going down the road to Banyan Tree for brunch. Proximity to town is fab - not too close to the madness, but close enough to get there quickly especially with the tramline.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the apartment any issues have always been dealt with quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's very cold in winter and very hot in summer. It's very noticeable.
