There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Safe, convenient area with great transport, shops, parks and friendly community; a lively, welcoming place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responds quickly and resolves issues efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had I had known about the free coffee machine, I wouldn’t have bought one. Theirs is so much better than mine.

5 minute walk from the tram stop Variable access to different shops and services such as barber shop, body spa, tattoo shop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always there to help me when I have any type of issues.

A fun filled events planned by the management often and how expensive council tax is

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The co-op is close by but a bit pricey but there is a tesco express too. Public transport is super convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we had issues with our toilet they responded and it was fixed quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hot water tanks aren't the biggest so can be hard for everyone to get a shower. The events in the building are great, I didn't realise how good they would be!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As an exchange student from France I was so glad to be able to find a place this well situated. I can get a quick access to the city centre, easy access to transport. The streets are clean, people are nice and I have every necessity really close to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great, always helping you with a smile. Always had a solution for any issued.

I love the fact that I discovered that they were organising events for the residents such a nice surprise.
