There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a really convenient location for bars and shops, negatives wise I'd say the parking situation can be tricky as there's not much street parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with our extractor fan which was replaced for us quite quickly so we were happy with that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a really nice community here. I feel safe here and the staff are friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient just two minutes walk from the cornbrook metrolink station which is main interchange station and there are a few convenience shops nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I have had no maintenance issues. But they regular checking to help fix some problems which I didn’t know how such as the regular temperature if the boiler.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful before moving in to know the location of the car park space for moving company and how big lifts are.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is local to most required amenities e.g. wide range of shops and services like Co-op. The only bad thing I can think of is being next to one of the busiest roads in Manchester sometimes there's traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any maintenance issues in the flat. It wasn't ideal that the car park shutter was broken for a while though the staff did keep us updated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are loads of events going on and lots to get involved with in the building which I didn't know about.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is placed in the most convenient locality with regards to area, locality (takes 15 minutes to reach anywhere). Transport links are most helpful with the tram and the bus stop being 5 minutes by walk. Groceries stores and takeout are also plenty in 5 minutes walk. This property gives a mix of both residential with the benefits of city life. Young adults populated area with no disturbances and inconvenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I arrived a day later than my roommates and missed the induction the management had prepared. However, they gave me the same welcome and a repeated induction with all things regarding my flat at the same moment which I liked.

The accessibility and the residents’ nature makes this experience even more welcoming.
