Not too far of a walk from town and the canals. But area across the way Holme is a bit rough

Close to bars, restaurants, cafes. Walkable because very central. Still quiet area. dislike the skaffolding

Just how long the buikding work wouod take. The area is great

The service charge. It is very high amd the socisl areas arent cleaned often.
