Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighbourhood and the location of this development are excellent. The Christs Hospital train station is just a few minutes walk, very convenient to commute between London and here. All the houses around this development are belonged to Christs Hospital schools, mostly are their teachers and staff live here, making this area quiet and safe. The countryside environment makes you feel comfortable and relaxed all the time. The only bad side is some tractors are always running along the road, they are huge and you have to wait or stop when they pass by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only responded a few. Like the garden company to do the lawn maintenance with us, they work a little every time when they visit, but we need to pay higher cost. The dead plants on the common area have never removed and replaced with some fresh ones.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If we do a surveying report before we move in, I think we would consider somewhere else to buy instead of buying here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing access to train station (3 min walk, trains direct to London) and the Downs link (2 mins) with walking and cycling off-road South to Shoreham by Sea and North to Guildford. Good farm shop 1k away and Horsham 1 stop on train or 10min drive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communications are generally very bad. There aren’t any major problems that need solving but clarity, responsiveness and consistency of comms are all disappointing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The access to Downs Link and surrounding countryside was barely mentioned in the marketing but has been a major plus.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of our property is great. It's away from a busy town and shops but close enough to the train station. It's 5 minutes drive to local shops, so nothing is too far from here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not very well. We had quite a few issues but no aftercare at all. They have been better recently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No storage and sockets are in weird places. No streetlights outside property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location situated by the train station, can be in Horsham within a few minutes. It's also nice to be right beside the downs link for walks and bicycle rides. It's a shame there's no local shop, the village would really benefit one. The local bus service is also pretty poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known beforehand that the bus service is not as regular as other bus services in the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good is very close to the train station. The nearest shop is the farm shop within 5 minutes drive. Convenient to go to big supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, within 10 minutes drive. Easy access to the Down Link, great for walking and cycling. Bad is no facilities in the development, with only a tiny playground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They finally asked the gardening company to do the lawn mowing in late summer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We need to have a thorough snagging report before moving in.
