Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
With two rivers, two canals, a National Trust estate, the headquarters on Staffordshire Wildlife, 26 square miles of AONB in the form of Cannock Chase, a surgery and pharmacy nearby along with a general provisions and farm shop/restaurant and an excellent pub, what is their not to like. Although we are a few yards from the A51, trees obscure any noise. The area is absolutely excellent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On the whole really well but we still need assistance with the Openreach issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there would be no media connections (landline, internet or television) for more than two months (still not resolved). As Openreach has a monopoly, no provider is able to supply a service. Very, very poor for a brand new property.
