Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Building is located centrally and close to a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. There are a few council houses nearby which occupants cause trouble and are noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has come back to me quick when anything needed fixing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known that the scaffolding would be put up for years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location of the flat was perfect for myself as I work in the city centre, and which is only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding areas did have some unsociable behaviour, but the building itself is very secure. Aldi is a short 5 minute walk, so perfect for the weekly shop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quick to respond and have someone come to the flat within 48 hours, quicker if the issue was an emergency

Would have been good to know how long the scaffolding would be up for

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area comprises of the verge of Ancoats and miles platting. It is a stones throw from one of the nicest parts of Manchester. The closest shops are 5 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond to most of them well however they have ignored some

That the flat wouldn’t be so warm and the scaffold would be taken down

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area was good, just on the edge of ancoats. It's noisy but expected in the city. Not a long walk to town too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are very prompt with any repairs and they're generally very nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how hot it would get in the space when it was warm outside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location - right next to town and next to ancoats square which is lovely. Downside is there is a lot of building work going on in this area and it can be very loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The window broke and we were unable to open it for months as they couldn't get the right people on to fix it. Problems with apartment are usually looked at on the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows only open a tiny bit and the apartment gets very warm in the summer. Wish there was more air.
