I do like the location. Transport links. Weather not so much having recently arrived from Australia, but won't grumble as it's expected. Shops and eateries are clean & varied.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not raised any until this survey, see comment above re: bright light !
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only one which was abruptly shut down by the abrasive store manager when I casually mentioned it to him !!! That being the volume level of the ASDA delivery truck EVERY morning plus the duration it takes them all to convey the goods to the premises. Damn noisy those trolleys and I feel for those residents on lower floors and your concierges if I can hear from 15 floors up ! I would have thought that being a major company they could/would/should organise to deliver from the Oxford Rd side. A lot less wheeling for them to be sure and a lie in for us especially weekends.........

I love the location, and that staff are available all around. The speed at which they fix facilities is really good, even though the app doesn’t always work (we tick of a box saying the facility maintenance team can go in with a master key, but they never do and they leave a note telling us we were not home). The staff does not always know the answer to questions about the facility/department but are always friendly and try their best, we like them very much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are friendly and helpful, even if they cannot provide help. They do not always know how their own systems work (booking, how to adjust heat, why there is not warm water, or when it will be fixed) but they always to their best!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That they only do surface cleaning, bring your own small dyson.

Great location, in the city Center and next to railway and bus routes. Lacks a decent sized supermarket nearby, but decent selection of shops and restaurants within 10 mins walk. Noise from anti-social behaviour on Charles Street is a major problem though, more so on weekend nights.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No repairs in the building reported up to the current moment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have picked a flat facing the square rather than the street to avoid all the drunks screaming at night.

City Centre location with lots of entertainment. Near hospitals and train station. NCP car park available. Good to have supermarket (Asda Express) in the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The only way I can contact the management is going to the reception or sending emails to reception. They can’t response to my questions very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There should be more transparency of the changes of deep cleaning services before the tenant’s moving out. Few of my friends living here before were very unhappy about the deep cleaning charges.

Positives: how easy everything is, from having restaurants and shops on site, to included bills and biweekly cleaning Loud and lots
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, although some maintenance issues take a few days and not available during weekends.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Been charged for cleaning of multiple mattresses I did not get dirty. Highly unprofessional but I had no time to argue. My current matttress also can with stains and I just accepted already I will be charged for it at the end of the year.
