Very nice location! 24/7 supermarket 1 minute away and many restaurants. Very close to universities as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly but nothing much has been raised. Staff is helpful.

Nothing much I just wish I came here earlier than that.

The area is good its in citycentre itself m1 postcode Piccadilly station is at walking distance and university as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has a website/app on which u can report any issues

No there is nothing as such there is optimum transparency

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location, central to Piccadilly station, convenient shops nearby and no issues with traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Occasionally events held at sackville gardens create noise but nothing too disturbing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the whole they have responded quickly and effectively to any problems such as a faulty washing machine I had.

This is a very central location to Manchester which can make finding green space challenging, if that is something you want in a place you live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic lots of shops bars and restaurants, also perfect distance for myself and my partner to commute to work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they went above and beyond and moved our couch that the flat came with despite this not being usual practice.

Perhaps the bike storage isn’t the most secure so would have been good to know this.

Im verry happy that I’ve mowed here best area,werey nice peoples all shops,transport near,wery good place to live here.

To have nice clean bug house,big garden,and i love that in my area live clean,friendly peoples
