It is close to high street,train station, leisure centre,Thames river, waitrose and other supermarkets.

Ceiling insulation i should have checked. Very noisy when Upstairs kids jump. I should have bought upper floor flat.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is the key feature of my home also less flats in my apartment.

The construction seems to be relatively ok. However soundproofing between flats is not existentsent and the lift break down way too often. Property management is not reacting as fast as they should in regards to this with the lift being out of order for long periods

Energy bills and potentially what are the main issues I could face

What is the best feature of your home:

It is a modern place to love in. Also broadband speeds are really high as it is equipped with fiber optics

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location wise, I can say it is in perfect location. Close to High Street and coffee shop. Close to leisure centre and also station. We are very happy location wise.

Noise insulation. I would have bought 1st floor instead of ground floor.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is very good. Near to shopping, coffee shop , river thames

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good for transport. Great to be close to both the river, the town centre and the station. Decent options for food and drink. Bin collections are hit and miss. Limited parking availability outside the apartments. Nice and quiet mostly.

I'm glad I'm on the top floor as neighbours have said the noise from above can be really bad, even from the flat above walking around.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious and quiet. It is good that Inland have sorted issues as they have arisen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location. Perfect walking distance to town centre & river. Bin collection is sporadic - need improving so its consistent. Not much parking outside of complex due to riverside location and permits required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That even after your first inspection; I would look for all snagging issues to get resolved immediately. Overall I feel safe in the apartment block, being a woman living alone, and its a great location with modern styling.

What is the best feature of your home:

Overall design and colour scheme, especially Kitchen units and Bathroom styling (tiles etc).
