Fairly close to Asda and Xscape, which has a range of restaurants and bars. Close to the M62. Bins are collected weekly, plenty of parking spaces on drives and street.

No blinds are fitted to the roof widows, so these have to be ordered after moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The property has a large kitchen, which is great for cooking and entertaining.

Really pleased with this development. Moved in very easily, very close amenities with xscape within walking distance. On the street everyone has been very friendly and accommodating.

Snag the property fully. Saves effort that its done before moved in.

The huge kitchen. We've had many parties here since moved in

Great access to motorways for travel to all around Yorkshire. Easy to get into Leeds via car or train. Some noise from motorway but you learn to drown it out. Castleford tends to be getting more nice bars and shops so good selection of retail and hospitality now.

Sociable kitchen and very spacious rooms in general

Fantastic local facilities; family friendly. Nice scenic walks. Close to motorway junction. Pleasant neighbourhood.

Perhaps would have appreciated a list of all the companies used and their contact information, as we are interested in further products from them.

Good plot size, nice position, property size and appearance.

Absolutely perfect ! A peaceful development but yet is close to all local amenities - we have no issues whatsoever and are extremely pleased !

The layout is just right for us, the finish quality and design
