Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

Good: Good transport links, co-op is convenient for little bits Bad: No Aldi/Lidl close by in walking distance

They have responded in a timely manner when it comes to problems or issues raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the developer had advertised a 'car club,' which is no longer available. This was a feature I was looking forward to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to the tram stop which means easy access to town. I also find our location easy to walk to town which is really nice along the canal. The only drawback to this is that it becomes less accessible in the winter when it goes darker quicker, but again the tram is reasonably priced. I also like having the city bikes near us, again, making travel accessible and easier. Which is particularly helpful when not having a car. As well as a nice walk, the canal is also great for running and making use of a ‘green space’. It’s really good to have the Co op for convenience but a struggle is not having a large supermarket near by. I like that we are close enough to Deansgate for food and drinks although there’s not a lot of nice food/drink places in our immediate area. But s 20-25 minute walk is not really anything to complain about. I also appreciate the green spaces like Hulme park and/or Alexandra park which is relatively close.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really positive experiences so far. I haven’t had many issues but they have always been responded to timely and effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the flat doesn’t warm up easily (especially now in winter months).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think the transport links are the best from cornbrook as it takes you to every tramline across Manchester. Having it 2 minutes outside your door is incredibly handy. The area of cornbrook is close to town (walking distance and safe!) and is still relatively quiet. This being said the area could have more bars and restaurants - but this would tempt me to go out more than I already do. So I do not see the quietness of it a bad thing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I have had a problem it is seen to in a matter of days if not the next day from when the concern is raised. I can count on a couple of fingers how many times I’ve needed help from the building management - but there has never been issues with this. Fast and helpful always!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the cost breakdown of vox so I know where my money is actually going. Instead of just paying a lump sum.

The noise is the bad part due to the street and tram. Amazing for food, shops and being near canal side due to the fact I like walking
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really. Parcel room is a bit chaotic but we are going into Christmas.

I don't think so. What I came to see is what I received. Domi was very transparent throughout the process.
