Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.

We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

Tram stop right outside has been a huge asset. Street parking is very easy and there usually a space available fortunately. Lots of local shops like aldi Tesco etc nearby

No replies to our problem. But not an urgent problem

I have only recently just moved up from London but so far i've been liked the local area and it seems safe. It would be better if there was more parking in the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As i've only just moved in I haven't had any issues so far to report.

The transportation system is great as it is very close to the tram stop. There is not loads in the area but the Banyan tree is old up the road so and it does an amazing roast.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff have been so so friendly and helpful ever since i moved in. I was a tenant change over so when i moved in there were issues with my mattress so the team were quick to organise a replacement for me.

Nothing! I'm very happy with how everything is going so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The roof top space is beautiful! Regarding shops the co-op and Tesco are very handy as they’re so close by, but there is a lack of bars and restaurants in the area! Although, the tram ride to town is so short that you can easily get to a wide selection of places. The trams are very frequent too! There are no problems with traffic noise or anti-social behaviour and the bin collections are very frequent, so the bin shed is in good condition. There is however little parking availability on the street which can be a problem when moving in/out or when having people over! The nearest car park is around a 25 minute walk away, which is a bit far but not too bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any questions asked at the front desk have always been responded to quickly and in good detail. We have raised one problem with a bathroom, which hasn’t been solved yet and it has been over 2 weeks, but the building management did respond quickly to our request.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rooms are definitely quite dark in winter as the shape of the building makes it hard for sunlight to get into the windows. It would be good to know specifically where the water and electric meters are, so then you don’t have to go looking around for them. I wish I’d known to follow the vox Instagram as there’s good building updates on there!
