Sozopol offers the most amazing views and experiences. Certain bars, like Malka Tekila, sometimes have amazing performances. Very friendly audiences too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responded more than adequate, absolutely.

I just wish I had stumbled upon the property sooner.

Close to supermarkets and retail, close to the train station, nice coffee shop and corner shop, quite quiet

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly initially, we get prompt responses from David in customer care and the engineers have been lovely who have done work in the house, the issues that haven’t been resolved are mainly sub contractor responsibilities I.e. works to the roof

To order your bins and internet earlier than we did, also to ask your developer for a skip when you move in for flat pack boxes etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am pleased with the range of local shops in my area as well as restaurants and shopping facilities. I am sad to hear that apparently a Heron foods is being built on Lowfield Lane as I feel that this could be an eyesore and as well as other people on Waterside village have also commented that they do not want this to be built. I believe it would have been good to ask residents about this first.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues that were on my snag list have been fixed through the relevant people and I have no complaints about this. I still have one outstanding snag which I am currently in contact with customer care about and getting sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

-More information of optional extras, I did get leaflets but more explanation into them all. -Regular updates on my development e.g. when the road was getting tarmaced etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location with easy transport links to Manchester & Liverpool. Good local amenities such as; coffee shops, corner shops & pubs all within walking distance. Hardly any traffic noise from this location and generally a really nice place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They can sometimes be a bit slow to reply to emails but the site guys are good, do a good job and if you've raised something - it will be sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Quite minor but the pilling works conducted by the crew could be a bit more thoughtful - with being a night shift worker, it would be nice for the site workers to not start the intrusive pilling until after 10am...

Only just moved in but so far lovely

Not raised any yet,but did ask about painting colours which they did reply extremely quickly

Think area may need some more infrastructure shops,pubs,chippies etc
