Great location close to local amenities and public transportation lovely development with a small play area for kids and benches to relax however parking spaces are a bit scarce

Wish I knew how the parking would be such an issue

Lovely development. Dealing with repairs via sanctuary homes and engie has been a disaster and a nightmare. Very stressful experience especially being my first home. Even as I write this still outstanding repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the parking allocation.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love my bathroom and kitchen the design is great!

Amazing access to a wide range of shops and restaurants. Easy access to Milton Creek, lots of well kept open spaces within walking distance. Trolleys often left dumped, high number of loud cars use main road at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Take pictures of every snag no matter how small in the chance it gets worse.

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of the upstairs bathroom is very spacious, the amount of natural light throughout the entire home.

Good location but not good for parking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is okay, a variety of good local shops nearby and the train station is a short distance away, however, we have had multiple issues with the parking in our allocated parking spot. We have also had violent behaviour from housing association properties including police being called numerous times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that allocated parking spaces were marked and also to have been informed of the location of social housing as tenants have caused many issues with police callouts.

What is the best feature of your home:

Great overall design, the garden size good and very spacious inside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Site is close to town centre which is convenient. The insulation and soundproofing is top notch. I have had to report a few repairs but that’s understandable with a new build property though a couple of repairs I have had to chase up a few times. Parking can be an issue as not everyone realised (or do not care) there is allocated parking and I think marked bays would ease this issue. The development is close to a sewage plant and there are days when the smell is overpowering but hopefully with time we will become accustomed to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Could have used some information on the internet box thing under the stairs and there is a switch in the kitchen that took a while to figure out (for under cupboards lights)

What is the best feature of your home:

Don’t hear any noise from the neighbours, no breeze coming in around the doors and windows. Plenty of storage space.
