It's close to central Aldershot, that has a range of shops and entertainment, parking is good as it's close to the entrance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problem haven't been responded too but sometimes took a little long for it to get fixed.

There is nothing I can think I wish I knew as Im used to the area

Good location, but site is actually poor, good transport links and main roads but does get very very busy. Bin collections are weekly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They where slow and awkward to deal with, they did not provide updates when issues where logged.

How they would treat their tenants and how they behave when questioned about process.

Local area is nice with good transport links. Lack of shops in the area but not too far from other shopping towns

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poor at addressing issues and they take their time resolving them

I wish I had know the extent of the mould problems in these apartments. I’m not the only resident who has faced these problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely quiet street with easy access to green spaces like the Wellesley Woodlands, polo fields and canal. Choice of local supermarkets and takeaways. Tend to go into Farnham or Guildford for restaurants and bars. Great transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been prompt and efficient in organising repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats do feel very warm, which is economical in winter, but you need a fan in summer!

There is nothing in Aldershot anymore but expect high premium rents to go with it which is unacceptable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They shifted it off to an external company and they forced entry on many occasions.

Do your research on the local area and join FB groups.
