Quite far from a train station, but gentry well connected to local infrastructure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially quite slowly, however once any problems were raised to the appropriate department I cannot fault the response.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That a large bypass was to be built relatively close to the estate. And that another large developer had purchased the land next to the estate, which used to be rural.

Great new road & makes it easier to get to the next town In less time Some nice local bars within the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took time on many occasions left numerous messages some not answered?

Do snag list & keep on at Jones on speed dial to get issues sorted

Quiet normally needs more dog waste bins and there is none at the moment

Need to focus more on the quality of the facilities and more attention to public green spaces

Mostly good but sometimes they need a lot of follow up

Easy to get towards the M6 Can shop towards Manchester or Stoke same amount of time More shops would benefit the town Ease of parking and great neighbourhood to bring up family and lots children on estate No issues of anti social behaviour and traffic

Yes they did, it did involve contacting quite a few times

The garden would be better as a blank canvas then the issues we had with flooding and no drainage
