Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are it’s in an area with no traffic noise and plenty of wildlife around us. Bad aspects no shops or parks on site it’s a good 15/20 minute walk to the nearest shop and or park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quick and efficient standards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had knows the garden size before moving in as we was just shown on a plot number photo.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The convenience to shops is good we are within a mile of the M6 and within 2 miles of supermarkets and high street shops. Also we have restaurants within the same distance. Non really with in a walking distance though. No issues with parking but traffic does sometimes speed past the house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very variable some were dealt with quickly and some are still not resolved.

Would have liked to have known about future housing developments.

Great semi rural location. Quiet road. Parking is a little limited

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good response. Always willing to support. Kept up to date with progress of jobs

Limited parking.

Nice area not too far from the town centre. The bad thing that there is not a play ground for children .

There is no play ground.

Bad - not near any shops / bars etc. My street is very quiet, parking is not good. People tend to park out the front of my house due to lack of parking. Traffic noise is minimal Bin collections are on time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes apart from drive. Also I didn’t raise this as I only discovered it recently, the TV Ariel point in my bedroom doesn’t work. I had virgin multi room fitted in the end, as I discovered it over a year after moving in.
