Nice if it was just a private estate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the position of our home. A small private road and right on the perimeter of the estate. The house is very well designed, with larger rooms and windows compared to other new builds. The bad bits are the state of the grassed areas, the unfinished roads which will wreck your cars tyres and suspension in due course, and where the pond is, that area is getting too much attention from the feral kids who have already started to throw stuff in it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Too many social housies on the estate. So some antisocial issues. Others complaining about not having a place for children to play but there's plenty of room for one by the flats. Terrible rubble filled clay soil so not able to plant directly into the ground.

What is the best feature of your home:

Large rooms and windows. Great layout of the house. Private location and large gardens front and rear.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

If you walk into town plenty of bars and pubs and takeaways traffic noise is a concern as the roads are not completed extruding grids and pavements are a night mare not finished trip hazards everywhere what makes it worse no street lights health and safety nightmare

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the customer care is just full of excuses and no response

What is the best feature of your home:

Very hard to comment probably meeting new neighbours and meeting several snag repair men

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great place to live, close to shops doctors, public transport. Designated parking which is great, it is a busy area and new housing being built still. Only downside is a little antisocial behaviour but I’m sure you get this wherever you live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All or any of my issues in past are always dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just wish had been build sooner so I didn’t have to live in place I came here from

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Only one entrance to the estate let’s it down. No park for children shop is a good walk away. My garden floods and grids were fitted which aren’t child friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Manager was rude when holes where dug under my fence with no warning and my puppy nearly escaped. He thought it was funny

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gardens flood and thought there might have been a park

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's near enough to everything you would need, supermarkets, train stations, schools and It's a short drive into Chester. The location and people on the estate are friendly but you still get the usual moaners no matter where you are.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were a bit rubbish but fixed them once we kept on at them enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That internet wasn't available (it is now though so don't worry).
