Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great access to busses, station, public parks, sea front, shops, pubs and cafesParking availability is not great for visitors - 2hour limit on street. Traffic noise is expected however quiet with closed doors/windows.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The issue I raised regarding a towel rail not working was fixed quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish parking for visitors was an option, or some kind of permit style thing - eg 25 permits per household to use the underground car park.

Responded promptly with immediate action. Kind approach to all residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Close to train station and large Sainsbury. Can be noisy late at night from nearby pub but very good sound insulation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any problems that I needed to raise, but aware of how to with a online portal
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Having a gym downstairs means no excuses to skip cardio!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of local bars and restaurants. Sainsbury’s is down the road. London road has basically every take out you can imagine. Parking is a bit hard given it’s a city centre but the train station can be used and is very close as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, any issues raised were dealt with quickly including a request to wall mount a tv.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The pigeons are an absolute menace and leave a lot of mess outside, and you can hear them cooing all day long. But think it’s just a coastal issue more than the developments fault.
