Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
No local shops built yet and nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes away by car which isnt bad, bus stop outside the estate which is also very handy. Very quiet area bin collections always on time very little traffic noise considering not far from a dual carriageway
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems have been sorted in a timely well organised manner

Nothing bad to write about im extremely happy withbthe propery snd area

The nearest shop is over two miles away. There are no local amenities it’s very isolating and hard to make friends as everyone only stays here for a short period of time
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No just uploads more pictures to your file. Don’t actually try to repair the problem
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How bad a landlord they are I would never have moved in they give you dirty properties

I have lived on the site for a few years now and overall its been a great place to live can complain about the house itself. But i would said the driveways are far too small. the amount that the rent goes up each year is a lot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Hit and miss sometime a problem is sorted fast sometimes it takes weeks

I think everything was covered before we moved in here

Hi Tzia, Thank you for your review of Dutton Fields. Just to be really clear, Simple Life is your landlord - we are a corporate landlord, rather than a single person. We're pleased to hear that you have chosen to stay with us for a few years now and overall you're happy with your home. We're sorry you feel the rents increase a lot each year - all rental increases are in line with the market averages for similar properties in your area. We also always try to manage resident expectations by giving approximate timings for all maintenance issues raised, emergencies will be dealt with within 24 hours and non urgent items will be about 28 days. Thank you for recommending your neighbourhood!

Every thing we need is near reach. There is good parking, road link to main highway making it easier to get to work

They contacted the contractors who came in and repaired

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops, restaurants, bars and open space are all very accessible and close by being greatly place on the border of Wales/England we have the choice of Chester city or going rural pubs. Transport links are great, train station 10 mins away and plenty of buses. Our street is lovely and clean with bins collected on time and tenants keeping them in the designated places. Parking is not great, we have two spaces for our 3bed which is great but a lot of the houses only have one making alot of people park on the street blocking drives and obstructing the paths. We have just found we have a brand new park opened on our development which know correspondence was given and we spotted whilst out on our Halloween trail so fab but would have been nice to know it's been there since May.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fantastic and on time. Log the issue on the app, respond within 24-48 hours fixed within a good timeframe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the paint was a base colour and not washable on the walls as I would of repainted with a better quality white paint before moving furniture in. Also that back garden grass needs constant work and upkeep because it's new
