Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived here for four years, from brand new. I absolutely love it! I like the diverse and multicultural population. The range of star rated restaurants are not easy to find within walking distance. However, with the excellent transport link, one can easily travel to nearby locations for services that are not yet available here. The retail park provides a range of well known shops, supermarkets and cafes , which are handy for shopping and recuperation. Oh, we also have our very own (Dear Coco) cafe in our building with a shared comfortable lounge area. We are close to a very nice park with a community cafe, sport courts/activity hub and children's play areas. There is the canal, Walthamstow Wetlands, and Tottenham mashes, all of which provide beautiful walks and picnic areas. The downside is that caution should be taken when visiting these areas at certain times of the day as personal safety could be an issue. Generally, the area is well lit and safe to walk home from the station at night. Occasionally there is a bit of rowdiness on match days. Traffic is heavy most of the time and with that comes noise but we get use to it. Limited free roadside parking but allocated prepaid parking can be purchased. Excellent Bin collection facility. The area is still developing but overall, it is a good location to live in and once all the regeneration work is completed, a new community will emerge.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With speed and efficiency. I recently moved to another flat within the same building. The service I received from Benedek, Kitti and Imran in particular, was second to none. Constantine and Mustafa also played a huge part in addressing my needs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Had I known that the rent would rise as fast as it did, I probably would not have moved here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good public trasport (Tottenham Hale station/victoria line/Stansted airport at less than 10 minutes walk) Not loads of restaurants pub, only a couple. Retail park with Boots TKmaxx, Lidl - very handy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes they've ignored my emails and I've had no answer back
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In summer, there are spiders close to the windows/balcony so it's impossible to open them

Tottenham Hale is an improving area, it does have some nice local areas in the wetlands and reservoirs to go for walks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is historically known to be bad ie crime, rough. However, with the surge of new developments including The Sessile and new bars, coffee shops it’s become more gentrified and has great footfall and lighting, I’ve always felt safe leaving the tube and walking home. Like any tube station though late at night, it’s best to not be on your phone and concentrate on surroundings. Having access to both the tube and a train within 5 mins walk is also brilliant. So easy to get to anywhere. The retail park few mins from the tube is very handy too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very well. I feel well looked after. Responsive, friendly and very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That exclusive hire of amenity spaces has a fee. I thought it was free to use with a booking. Also that I can only take maximum 2 guests in the amenity spaces for socialising. Also that I can only have 1 guest stay over for maximum 2 consecutive nights. There is a note to say I can contact management if I need to make an arrangement but when an oversees friend visits or family, it would be easier to allow them to stay without having to contact management to arrange this.
