Buildings are all designed nicely. The green areas are beautifully designed and well maintained. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially on the concierge. Look forward to seeing the next phases of the development come through with the new swimming pool and gym just opened, cafe coming soon. It's a brilliant place to live.

Very clean development, a lot of care goes into looking after it although that’s why we pay a fee. Concierge less than helpful, needs work. We had a few issues after moving in regarding the boiler & oven. It is true what they say about new builds, as they are untouched for so long this can cause problems. These were fixed though because of warranties. Still not that happy about there being a dip in our flooring as we’ve been told that it’s “settling”, not sure if I believe that…

Annoying that they removed the signs for azure house and every time a courier with a large item comes they have to call me. I’ve had couriers not show up and leave because it’s been so hard to find my flat and management keep removing signs. However they’ve ordered new ones

A very high quality facilities, very spacious community area for studies or meetings and a really nice gym where you can take classes, the machine they use are the Technogym equipments. Swimming pool and the sauna is really nice. The only downside is the service charge management fee, I wish they can lower the rate as more residents move in.
