Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its an up & coming area, the area is quite nice and well connected. However, the overall crrime levels have been increasing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Buiding Management and Imran has been great. Regular issues with Lifts have been a big issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The increase in rent YoY. I expected it to be 5% max, but it has been much higher. I would have liked to understand vacating costs would be in advance and break up of the same. One cannot charge for wear and tear of the buildings/expect the tenant to clean windows when the property mangement is actually supposed to be doing this. What is the point of such high rents if common areas and windows are not maintained? I also would have like some more car parking options

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I moved to this area last month, and I am very happy with it. Excellent transport links: buses and the underground (Victoria Line is almost always available, with trains every 2 minutes). A wide range of shops nearby: Boots, Lidl, Next, Adidas, and more. A great variety of cafés: Starbucks, Costa, Pret A Manger, and others. The green spaces in the area are an added bonus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The manager has been my go-to person from day one whenever I have a problem. He was very helpful in assisting us with settling in when we moved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No parking available to park car Sometimes the underground station is very busy because of tottenham stadium which is close ( when there is a game)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Sessile is conveniently located less than a five minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station, connecting both the underground and National Rail, as well as the bus stop. The area offers beautiful parks, reservoirs and wetlands, just minutes away. There is a large retail park offering supermarkets, home goods, a pharmacy, pet store and fast food. Although Tottenham Hale town center is a 10 minute walk from The Sessile, it would be nice to have more cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We can see the area is developing quickly and are quite sure these will soon arrive. We love the fact there is a pub across the street and a yoga studio in the adjacent building. Two great additions to the immediate neighborhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had a few maintenance issues which were repairs in time, although not immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there was free and available parking for guests.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love everything about living in Tottenham! I love the range of pubs we have within walking distance, whether that is to have a pint before the Tottenham game at the beehive, or to go for an amazing roast at the high cross, or in the pub garden in summer sitting outside at ferry boat inn. We have parking available anytime at our block, and whenever I've needed a guest pass for my dad or a friend it has been very easy to organise. Transport links with tube, train and overground on our doorstep is perfect, and taxis able to drop us at our door feels very safe late at night. A range of cafes from Pret, Costa and Greggs are on our doorstep, or head to the nearby parks, high street or by the wetlands and you will find more! The only thing I would enjoy more of is perhaps a speakeasy bar, the return of the cause and maybe a few restaurants for nice dinner! But I believe that is coming with the new developments, and it's not something that London lacks. I work in the music industry and having drumsheds on our doorstep as well has been amazing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we had an issue with one of our sliding doors on the wardrobe and it was fixed immediately. We also had a heavy chest of drawers removed and everything has been super easy and simple to sort.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had known this before but my partner didn't - the train is one stop to Liverpool st from here so he needn't get the tube to work! Altho he does like to cycle and the cycle route to the city isn't very scenic from here - it's all along a main Road. PLUS you can see the Tottenham Hotspur stadium from our balcony!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here has been great overall. The community is friendly, there are lots of parks and green spaces, and local shops and restaurants make it easy to get what you need. Public transport is good, and it's a safe, family-friendly place. On the downside, traffic during rush hour can be a bit of a headache. But overall, it’s a great place to live—peaceful and well-connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive to any issues I’ve raised. Whenever I've had a concern, maintenance request or a general question, they’ve addressed it quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Heating & Hot Water supplier can be improved as its often not reliable.
