Its in the middle of cardiff, by good coffee places and shops. Easy to get the train from cardiff central

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception is 24 hours, it feels more secure the my old apartment and they accept my parcels when I'm not home. The moving process was easy and fast Alex and Isabelle were very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No A/C in apartments. I wanted a bidet put in the toilet and the managment helped me do it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. You are living in the city centre so everything is within reach shops wise. Bute Park is only a few minutes walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mo is the face of Wood Street House ! Beaming welcoming smile as you walk in through the front door. All the residents adore Mo he’s the best. I hope Mo and Hayden receive annual pay rises. Hayden is not just a handy man, but also a top bloke and an asset to Wood Street House.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really apart from noise which is expected living in the city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent area - centre of cardiff. Right near trains and coach station. Shops and cafes and bars right there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty promptly for the most part. Repairs are of a good quality.

A good experience across my 18 months there. Mo is great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right in the heart of the city so everything is right on your doorstep! However parking is an issue as they sometimes block off the road for events which can be extremely frustrating when we pay so much to park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The old management was super amazing and when a serious situation happened to me they went above and beyond with support. However I haven’t heard the best things about the new management.

The parking situation is very frustrating and not well thought through

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is located in the city center of Cardiff, and there are many shops around. It is convenient for daily shopping. Recently, a bus station was built under the apartment, so it is convenient to go to the suburbs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They provide regular opportunities for residents to tell our voices.

Here is in the city centre so it can get noisy at night. And Even the furnished rooms do not have televisions, so if you want one you'll have to buy or rent one.
