Center of Cardiff! We don't get any outside noise. Having everything on your door step. With any center theirs always crowds of drunk people but 24hr security/front of house is worth paying extra for. We feel very Safe and secure
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Toilet started to continously flush, I reported it to Aled on reception, Hayden phoned me and came right over. I was concerned I'd have a massive water bill but it was done in less than 25 minutes. Had no other problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking at £200 a month is very expensive, It's still cheaper than the other similar sites we viewed.

Yes super convenient to post office, Tesco, shopping centres city cents and train station which is convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mo is such a cool guy! He is very responsive and also happy when you ask for help. It’s nice that every time he says hello to everyone who works on the 12th floor( the shared workspace) like old friends. And he is taking actions for what I have asked for. So responsible, friendly, and helpful!

Nothing I can think just noise from pubs on the weekend

Close town pubs transport links are good close motorway. Bins are collected regularly and not much noise only weekends no issue
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had no issues but Mo is brilliant and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is a credit to the company deserves a pay rise.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Wood Street House. The location is ideal - just a stone's throw from the City Centre and offering easy access to the beautiful Cardiff Bay for relaxing walks. It’s also not too far from Bannau Brycheiniog, which is perfect for long hikes with incredible views. While you might expect some city noise given the central location, it hasn’t been an issue for us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had some minor things needed to be done in the apartment when we moved in, but they responded to everything swiftly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the city noise that can occasionally be heard from the street below. While it's not a major issue for me, it’s something to consider if you're a light sleeper. That said, the location is unbeatable, and the sense of community and the fantastic facilities more than make up for it. A tip I’d share with new neighbours is to get involved in the events organised by the management team.

Nice location close to shops and train station and transport links. Everything within easy access. City City is literally on your door step.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mo is such a great member of staff, always so helpful! And friendly. A massive part of the wood street community and is a credit to the company and is really nice deserves a pay rise.

Nothing bad just corridors get a bit hot sometimes
