Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Center of Cardiff! We don't get any outside noise. Having everything on your door step. With any center theirs always crowds of drunk people but 24hr security/front of house is worth paying extra for. We feel very Safe and secure

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Toilet started to continously flush, I reported it to Aled on reception, Hayden phoned me and came right over. I was concerned I'd have a massive water bill but it was done in less than 25 minutes. Had no other problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking at £200 a month is very expensive, It's still cheaper than the other similar sites we viewed.

Nice location close to shops and train station and transport links. Everything within easy access. City City is literally on your door step.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mo is such a great member of staff, always so helpful! And friendly. A massive part of the wood street community and is a credit to the company and is really nice deserves a pay rise.

Nothing bad just corridors get a bit hot sometimes

Close to all shops transport links are good. Not much noise of the traffic from outside and nice views from my apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Mo is a credit to the company he is brilliant deserves a pay rise. Always helpfull and smiling and the rest of the team are great Isabelle Aled and maintenance

Nothing really everything has been great so far and any issues have always been resolved

Good) everything, I mean everything you'd need is in walking distance (tesco, marks and spencers, boots, public transport, library, social establishments [restaurants, coffee shops, bars], natural spaces/parks [cardiff bay and bute park]. It is also a very diverse location with welcoming locals and people who (like myself) have relocated from elsewhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues raised have been dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't anything I wish I knew, on my viewing the agent was patient and was able to answer all of my questions. Additionally, any question I had after the viewing was answered by Alled and Izzy - so thank you to the team.

Convenient Living with Great Amenities, but Some Room for Improvement

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is convenient, being in the city center and close to the train station, which makes transport very easy. However, the noise from the trains can be a significant drawback, especially late at night, as it echoes through the apartment until around 11 PM. The area offers a range of facilities nearby, but the noise level is something to consider.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and helpful. The staff is friendly and always makes an effort to solve problems efficiently. Their attentiveness makes living here much more pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the noise from the trains, especially late at night. It can be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers, as it echoes quite loudly.
