At the heart of the city centre, walk distance to cafe, restaurant as well as park. Also, well connected with public transport, nearest bus stop and train station within 15-minute walk. The apartment is located at a quiet road and feeling safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property manager is responsive, however, it usually take a long waiting time for the fixing and repair, which do cause inconvenience, especially the malfunction of hot water and heating in winter time, as well as the lift out of order.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More clear guidelines on bill payment as the apartment use both gas and electricity provided by different company.

Location is ideal, very central, and everything is within walking distance. Well connected into the centre of Bristol, which gives you access to most buses, easy walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads train station, and with easy access to the A1 Bristol Flyer or Falcon Megabus which makes getting to Bristol Airport very easy. The apartment was facing the courtyard so there was never any issues of noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always. Sometimes you have to remind them that a repairs job has been logged, and they need a little nudge, but the problems and issues raised always gets resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is really well insulated so I really saved a lot of money by not using heating.

The Apartment is located in one of the most ideal locations. It is not too far from the high street, schools but its not busy and away from the crowds. Tube, Bus, Train is a quite near to access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt, professional. I always knew how to get in touch and I always heard back.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking for guests would be desirable. Also more avenues to socialise with neighbours would have been nice.

Great location to Victoria park! Nice views by the canal, with great coffee shops and restaurants around the flat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues do get fixed but often takes a couple days for response. Overall really good

Nothing to complain, it's a beautiful location. Flat could do with abit more tlc with a modern touch.

Great location! Nice view to the harbour and central location in Bristol. Lots of food and shops around the area too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly the broken window that we struggled with, apart from that everything is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property wasn't cleaned property and we had carpet issues. It was fixed a month after but wished it was fix prior to our moving. Apart from that, all great.
