Great location to Victoria park! Nice views by the canal, with great coffee shops and restaurants around the flat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues do get fixed but often takes a couple days for response. Overall really good

Nothing to complain, it's a beautiful location. Flat could do with abit more tlc with a modern touch.

Great location! Nice view to the harbour and central location in Bristol. Lots of food and shops around the area too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly the broken window that we struggled with, apart from that everything is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property wasn't cleaned property and we had carpet issues. It was fixed a month after but wished it was fix prior to our moving. Apart from that, all great.

Canons gate is in a great location for bristol and the property is nice and modern. We had the ground floor apartment and it had access to the courtyard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a while to get a response but our issues do get resolved eventually. Our bike got stolen a couple times, along with our parcels.

All the properties are advised at different prices, it will be good to research before moving in.

Bristol's Harbourside is a vibrant neighbourhood -there are plenty of shops, shops, restaurants, bars. It is close to museum, cinemas and entertainment centres, such as the Bristol Aquarium, We The Curious museum, Arnolfini, and Watershed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management could be more responsive given the price.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rent has increased significantly over the past few years, despite no change in the services provided. Quite a shame.

cleaning the common areas is average and need more supervision around for the cleaners to be more efficient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow in responding specially with repairs inside the flats

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No parking on the street allowed for us as a tenants as we are paying council tax as the all other residents , it’s one of our rights
