Living in the area has its positives and negatives. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants offering a good variety of options, and the nearby parks provide nice green spaces for relaxation. Public transport links are generally convenient, with regular bus and train services, though they can be crowded during peak hours. Street parking can be challenging at times, and bin collections are occasionally inconsistent. While traffic noise is present, it’s usually manageable. Overall, it’s a lively area with a strong sense of community, though it can get a bit busy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and quick to address any issues I’ve raised, ensuring effective solutions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the noise levels during peak hours—it’s something that doesn’t come across in a typical viewing. Also, understanding the community’s approach to shared spaces and events would have been helpful. I’d recommend new neighbors attend community meetings to connect with others and stay informed.

Great location next to Tesco and the hospital. With great bus connections to Heathrow, underground and Train services. Parking limited to 1 car per apartment, bay also quite narrow.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Can be slow to fix communal areas. Communication can be pretty poor from them.

Cladding issues are causing high insurance fees for all residents.

Local stores are near by and hospital round the corner made my pregnancy journey smooth and sound. Not much traffic as well peace and quite environment. Bin collections was up to date and never had any issues with that.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded us very well whenever we have reported with concerns and issues.

We didn’t know Tesco was round the corner ? which is very handy for us

Great location, nice generally well-built apartments, and really well insulated which is great in the winter.

I wish I'd known that if anything broke in the apartment it would be nearly impossible to get it fixed

The location of the development is amazing, walking distance to angel and shoredtich and well connected to get anywhere in london

Excellent transport links which very few locations in central london can rival

The balcony is lovely - I cant imagine living without it now
