it's a very quiet neighborhood. The only amenities are the COOP and the Gym. I did read that eventually that there will be an addition of a new clinic on or by the COOP which will make it easier and more convenient to see a doctor. There is only one restaurant near by, but Huntingdon is close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management replies quickly either by phone or email to any problems or issues that we have encountered.

We were shown several different models and each had their own pluses and minuses. There seems to be plenty of options depends on your families needs and requirements.

Good location, transport doesn’t affect us as we have a vehicle, however there is a bus stop not too far away which is handy. Only real problem was the lack of bins for litter and dog bins however there has been some placed but could do with a few more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially had dealings with a different property manager that was very unhelpful and wouldn’t get back to you. We now have a new property manager Mustafa Dar who couldn’t be more helpful and gets issues resolved quickly.

More information on heating and air conditioning unit would be helpful when moving in.

Beautiful place to walk with the dog or just a casual walk with friends and family, local co-op within walking distance, friendly neighbourhood and respectful! Very clean and tidy throughout.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only just moved in 20/01 so yet to use the building management but from hearing reviews from neighbours and seeing reviews I’m sure when I am in need there won’t be any issues and hoping for a smooth service

On going works to the road hopefully they shall be finished soon.

The neighbourhood is very quiet. A very good place to live with a family. It’s less than 5 minutes by car to supermarkets and to the MKC.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Me Mustafa solved every doubt and little problem in a very quick and in a timely manner.

Nothing, everything is very good so far. We loved this neighbourhood.

Co-op is super close, made last minute grocery shopping very easy. The local restaurant, Bohemia, closed unfortunately but having the co-op is nice. Alconbury village is relatively close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've only really communicated through email but every time I needed to contact Joe, he was responsive within a day and made it easy to call if I needed to.

There is a food truck that often goes next to the co-op most weekend evenings and there is a sushi set up at the community center on the weekend!
