The building is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants, super markets around. The location is very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they respond quite quick with clear details. They also take care of all parcels incase the pople

Mustafa the property manager is really helpful. He tries his best to solve any issues arising, he helped with the bins delivery and also when i had issue with the dishwasher casing

I'm happy with the area. If you have a car, everything you need is just a short drive away. The street is quiet and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to live. The local shops, restaurants, and transport links are easily accessible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mustafa has been really helpful in addressing any issues we've raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I'd known before moving in is that the mobile signal isn't very strong in the area. I also had a lot of trouble activating my internet, so it’s something to keep in mind for anyone relying on mobile or internet connectivity.

I have lived in Milton Keynes all my life, this is the first new build I’ve lived in, I am completely blown away with the new house. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful property in the nicest location.

That the address was updated on Royal Mail, and other courier handlers & shared on Google maps
What is the best feature of your home:
The location is beautiful!!! I’ve never had an en suite bathroom before that is so spacious

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I don’t think I have any bad aspects of the local area. Parking provided to the house is great, the roads have an open feel to them so you don’t feel like you’re just surrounded by houses. It’s very peaceful here and extremely well maintained. I am close to the town and have the local shops nearby within 5 minute drive time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mustafa has been our point of call and although we have had a few small minor issues he has been very effective in getting these issues resolved very quickly. He responds to emails within the same day if he’s not on site and will do what he can to make sure we are happy and content in the property. I was unsure on the new heating system and Mustafa called me and showed me how it all works, nothing is ever too much trouble and he doesn’t make you feel like a nuisance by contacting him.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there was an opportunity to have a BT line put in for our WiFi but proved a bit complex to do. We was able to cancel our own WiFi because of this issue but feel we are left with the WiFi that is supplied with the house, there’s no tv package included so an additional cost would be required if you wish you have this separately but again you are limited on who can supply this. To have the price of the WiFi included in the rent is a good idea but an option to have your own supplied WiFi without using the one given to you and having it taken off the rent price would be more appealing.
